Unfortunately, B2 is living with us (B1 - her twin, and myself). And we try not to coddle her but...

She really needs to move out to a place where her internet and utilities are not subsidised, where she can't nick the meat from someone else's cooking, and where people don't pick up after her because if they don't, they have to live more or less in squalor.

The house/property is looking to be sold in the next couple of years, and B1's already said she doesn't want to live with B2...
